Lighter, a decentralized trading platform built on Ethereum, has announced a major community airdrop as part of the launch of its native token, LIT. According to the project’s official disclosures, 25% of the total LIT token supply has been allocated for airdrop distribution to early users and contributors of the Lighter ecosystem.
The airdrop is based on Lighter’s points-based participation system, which tracked eligible user activity prior to the Token Generation Event (TGE). Tokens are distributed automatically to eligible wallets, and no separate claim process is required.
Users who qualified under the points program received LIT tokens directly in their connected wallets at the time of distribution. The airdropped tokens are fully unlocked, with no vesting or lock-up applied.
