Meteora, a leading liquidity protocol on Solana, has launched Season 2 of its MET airdrop campaign following the completion of Season 1 on June 30, 2025. Season 2 is designed to reward active users who generate real trading fees across Meteora’s liquidity products, including DLMM and DAMM v2 pools.
Unlike Season 1, where TVL (Total Value Locked) was a factor, Season 2 removes TVL weighting entirely. Instead, rewards are determined solely by the amount of fees generated, making the airdrop more performance-driven and less capital-biased.
Participants earn 1,000 points for every $1 of trading fees generated through their liquidity positions. All accumulated points will determine each user’s share of the MET token allocation during the airdrop distribution.
